Pathological calluses (large recurrent calluses) require referral to a podiatrist.

We will be happy to make any adjustments to the initial service and have your nails fixed in no time.
Complimentary corrective services are subject to approval by management and will only be offered in the instance of nail technician error, which does not include changing your mind about polish/gel/dip powder color at the end of your services. Manicures are not guaranteed, but we will touch up a chip within 24 hours of your service.

LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONSWe understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' notice if you cancel your appointment. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients' schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
CHILD SAFETYYoung children in carriers/strollers may not be placed in the service areas or held in the lap during an appointment. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not childproof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.
PETSPETS: We would like to remind everyone that pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon.
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
- Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
- Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our services.
- Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment.
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
