Milk And Honey Pedicure™

REFUNDS & SERVICE POLICY

At our salon, client satisfaction is very important to us.

If you have any concerns about your service, please notify management before leaving the salon so we can address them promptly.

Requests for service adjustments or corrections must be made within 3 days of the original appointment. To ensure the best possible outcome, any concerns should be communicated as soon as possible.

All services are final sale. We do not provide refunds, cash reimbursements, credit card charge reversals, or partial refunds for services that have been completed.

Any service corrections, adjustments, or accommodations are offered solely at the discretion of salon management.

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

We are committed to exceeding your expectations. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service, we will make the necessary corrections within 3 days of your original service.

GEL AND NAIL ENHANCEMENTS:

- Guaranteed for 5 business days (excluding breakages).

- If your nails chip or lift within 5 days, just call us! We’ll fix them for free. Be sure to contact us within 3 days of noticing the issue to schedule your repair.

- After 5 Days or for Breakages: Repairs after this period, or for breaks and corner cracks, will cost $10+ per nail.

*Reminder: Treat your nails kindly. They are jewels, not tools. Proper care will keep them looking beautiful for weeks!

TRADITIONAL NAIL POLISH SERVICES:

- Not guaranteed. However, we will gladly fix any issues reported within 24-48 hours.

- Repairs must be scheduled within 2 days of reporting.
